He helped me understand a rational way to price and evaluate a home’s intrinsic value. While nothing is perfect, it helped me get comfortable that the offer I made most closely aligned with the long-term value of the property. Second, in negotiating the deal points, Artur proved a valuable go between in what was a rocky negotiation process. He helped negotiate through some very difficult issues, and helped me appropriately discern the difference between deal breakers and reasonable accommodations. I never once felt that he just wanted to complete the transaction. I always felt that he placed my interests first, and he would counsel me to walk away from the deal if he felt it was not in my best interests, independent of what my feelings were. I have been working on a loan modification with Mr. Artur Urbanski since December of 2008 with a very difficult bank and I can say that he has gone the extra mile for me, above all expectations.
