How to Search for Properties and Receive Free Property Alerts
To help you see what's on the market at all times, Cimpler provides two types of searches.
Quick Searches: If you want to browse and quickly view what's on the market, use the Current Listings feature. You will be able to quickly see what properties are on the market as soon as they are listed on the MLS. Although you can generate as many searches you're interested in, your searches cannot be saved.
Personal Saved Searches: To customize and save your searches, click HERE, select one of the six areas to search over, then select the cities and parameters for the search. Press the Search button to see the properties that meet your specific criteria. You can then compare, save or create a new search. To save your searches, give the search a name and create a user id and password. You can then mange your searches in any area, and any parameters selected.
Your Saved Properties allows you to update and fine-tune your searches at any time. Just click on Your Saved Properties and enter your user id and password to view all saved searches.
Receive Free Email Alerts. Receive free e-mail alerts as soon as a new listing that meets your search criteria hits the MLS. Click here Free Alerts to set up your free alerts or go to the Free Alerts button on the top Navigation Bar, select the county you are interested in and, on the following page, select criteria of your search.
