During our first meeting we will ask you why you want to sell your house. We want to make sure that you do what is best for you by helping you to analyze different options. Sometimes selling the house is just one of several options a client has: Options we can discuss include renting out your house and using its equity to buy a new house, refinancing or borrowing against the equity. You might ask: Why would we jeopardize an opportunity to list a client’s house by advising to do otherwise?
