To help you see what's on the market at all times, Cimpler provides two types of searches.
Current Listings is a QUICK search that shows all properties in local areas that Cimpler updates whenever a new property is listed on the MLS. Although you can generate new searches from these pages, none of these searches can be saved. Use this to search for listings in the counties and cities listed.
Your Personal Search, not only allows you to customize your searched, but allows you to save these searches. To set up your personal search, select one of the six areas to search over, the city in that area, and then the parameters for the search. Press the Search button to see the properties that meet your specific criteria. You can then compare, save or create a new search. To save your searches, give the search a name and create a user id and password. You can then mange your searches in any area, and any parameters selected.
Your Saved Properties. You can update and fine-tune your searches at any time, by accessing Your Saved Properties. Just click on Your Saved Properties and enter your user id and password to view all saved searches.
How to Receive Email Alerts. Click on the Free Alerts button on the top Navigation Bar. To setup your own personalized MLS Search and E-mail Alerts of new property to be sent to your E-mail account please select the county you are interested in and, on the following page, select criteria of your search.
