But it’s important to remember that Zillow values (so called zestimates) are generated automatically and can and often are grossly inaccurate.  So don’t buy the boat from the equity from your house until you are sure that it is real!

There are other sites that provide the same. The best includes CyberHomes and HomeGain, which provides comparables in your neighborhood. The unwanted side effect of such services is that you might become a “lead” and be bothered by an agent hoping to “convert the lead to sale”.
