If you do decide to sell and list with us, our goal will be to make your home sale as effortless as possible, and to achieve the highest possible price for you. We use a mixture of conventional (printed media) and online marketing venues to advertise listings. We will create a website with your house address as a domain name, i.e. http://www.youraddress.com. During the Open House, apart or instead of high quality flyers, we will distribute CDs with a copy of you house website.
