The recruiting site on the Cimpler Real Estate, Inc. Web site collects personal information from applicants for an independent contractor position with Cimpler Real Estate as a Sales Associate. Applicants are referred to the Real Estate Simulator on the Alignmark server (http://www.realestatesimulator.com). Personal information of such applicants is stored on the Alignmark computer/server.

• Information you provide. You may provide us information about yourself, such as providing your e-mail address so we can send you information about your application or contact you for further information or interviewing.
• Usage logs. When you access the Services, your computer communicates a variety of information to computer servers operating the Services, your Internet Protocol address, and information about your browser program. Your usage also creates a record of what information you are requesting from the Services.

Usage and Disclosure

In general, Cimpler Real Estate, Inc. uses the information collected to provide the services and to communicate with you.
